Davie & Hamilton — The Meanings

Love My Tribe was our very first tank, created in 2018 for my mom tribe while we lived in San Anselmo, California. It was inspired by the incredible women who supported, encouraged, and lifted one another through those early years of motherhood.

Today, its meaning has grown to celebrate every tribe—the people who stand by your side, cheer you on, and make life richer. Whether it's family, lifelong friends, or the community you've built along the way, this tank is a reminder to cherish the people who make you feel seen, supported, and loved.

Choose Joy was inspired by a season of life when we returned to my hometown of Vancouver, Canada, to be closer to my mom, brother, and his family. We spent four years there, raising our two little girls through their preschool and early childhood years, including the uncertainty of COVID. Despite the challenges, we focused on gratitude, embraced the little moments, and found joy in being together.

This tank is a reminder that while we can't always choose our circumstances, we can choose how we respond—with joy.

Find Your Calm was inspired by our time living in Bali, Indonesia. Jay would ride his scooter to the beach to meditate while I walked through the rice fields to my yoga class. It was a magical season of life with our first daughter by our side and another on the way. That chapter taught us that calm isn't a place—it's something you can create wherever life takes you.

This tank is a reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what brings you peace.

Be Curious was inspired by our seven years living in Singapore, where both of our daughters were born, including a year in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia. Those years were filled with work, travel, different cultures, and new experiences that encouraged us to explore beyond what felt familiar.

This tank is a reminder to stay open—to new places, new people, and new versions of yourself. It's your invitation to keep learning and never stop exploring.

Keep Showing Up was inspired by our life in coastal North Carolina, where we've learned that the most meaningful things in life are built one day at a time. Whether it's raising a family, pursuing your passions, or growing into the person you're becoming, lasting progress comes from consistency—even on the hard days.

This tank is a reminder that the little things you do every day are often the ones that matter most. Just keep showing up.
